Letter 6

Hallo! Guten Tag!!!!!

How is everyone doing?

I am doing SO good! We leave 3 weeks from TODAY!

It seems like I just got here yesterday.

I have fallen in love......with the MTC! haha

Honestly....it is one of the coolest places ever! I am definitely going to miss it! A really cool experience happended this weekend.

So with the realization that I only have 3 weeks left here at the MTC, I prayed really hard on Saturday, asking the Lord to let me know how I can make the best use of the rest my time here at the MTC.

The next day, Sunday...the German Branch President - President Dunn - called me as the German Coordinating Sister! (It's basically the Relief Society Pres)

I was shocked. I was excited. I was humbled. I was nervous. I was happy. And then.... I was filled with Peace. I felt God's love.

The Lord hears and answers our prayers.

Sometimes they are immediate.

But sometimes, they are not.

The Lord DOES hear your prayers. and He WILL answer them.

Faith includes Believing in God..but also in His Timing. So great.

I have to go soon, but we watched a short talk by President Uchtdorf that applies to everyone.

Here are some quotes that i loved:

"Geographically Divided....Spiritually United" (this is the story of my life right now)

"Accept and Claim the challenges of life - by doing this our talents and characteristics can be developed"

I love that. The hard times in life are when we CAN develop the Christ-like attributes we must obtain.

The Lord sees us as who we can become...and the experiences we go through are to make us stronger and develop our talents.

One thing that I have loved here at the MTC is how strong the Spirit is when we sing "Called to Serve" at least once a week with all the missionaries.

Another song I love is the Army of Helamen!

Here at the MTC they change the wording to be...

"We have been saved for these latter-days to preach the gosepl in righteous ways...

then the chorus...

"AND WE ARE NOW THE LORD'S MISSIONARIES TO BRING THE WORLD THE TRUTH"

The church is true!
I love you all!!
